Every business has its own rules.
The rules of success are defined at the beginning of the SFI guidelines
(see Support-23 group responses and Training >>> Rules of Success).
It is essential to understand that this is not the SFI than for themselves.
It is good to ask those who have more experience but before that should
be read carefully everything that SFI made available.
And then comes the typical human: Oh, and who's going to read it all?
Of course I have a solution: Ask the sponsor or co-sponsor, they know a shortcut!?
And they looked at only one thing, your VP Ledger and they see ....?
- Not to do their daily tasks (Can you do it sponsor? Of course not !)
- Not to do their weekly tasks (Who should do it ?)
- Have not read all the lessons and pick up a free VP (free is not worth, hmmm?)
Of course it takes some time for learning, and when you see the up-line progress,
of course it will help associate that works.
The common interest is help!
I have read and months with the sponsor I spoke only on certain obscure things. I did not expect him to act for me (although it has some of my work), I've made a strategy and set goals. I think today I have the maximum support of the sponsors and also he has my support because they share our experiences.
Thanks for reading !
