Step 1 is stop counting on your upline to grow your business.
It's really not healthy to put your upline on the hot seat for creating growth in your business. They wont promote for you, and very few will tell you actual places they promote because it will weaken their own results, and most of your upline is no more experienced than you are.
It's possible to have someone join at 10AM and recruit their first PSA at 10:15AM before they even complete their affiliate profile or do any of their Launchpad training etc.. If they skip their training or don't understand it and don't know how to navigate the forum and the 24 hour knowledge base to get you answers they are not really much help to you are they?
Instead, realize this is your business.
Use the search box in the upper right corner of your page to search for answers to your questions. Click every link on your training tab and feed yourself a stead stream of knowledge and above all implement what you learn. Don't let it collect dust, put it to work for you as you learn and monitor your results.
Only you can make you a success. Only you can grow your active team because even if your sponsor is kind and has a free co-op or reassigns PSA to you, if you don't have the skills to help these PSA make money with SFI and TripleClicks then your team might start blaming you for the lack of growth in their businesses.
