Helping our PSAs become Team Leader is a major responsibility of Sponsors. This is one of the indices that shows our success or failure. Indeed, until a sponsor is able to raise Team Leaders in his first level, he has not succeeded.
There are a number of things I do to help my PSAs become Team Leaders, which are:
1. Regular communication: Immediately I sponsor a PSA, I open up the line of communication through welcome message. It is then followed by a series of getting started mails. I make myself available to answer all his questions within 24 hours. Then, I send weekly training, tips and motivational mails through genealogy mails. I also use Stream post and personal e-mail correspondences.
2. Reaching of EA2. I encourage them to reach the status of EA2 by showing them that it is the foundation of their business. The great benefits of setting up a Standing Order (SO) is elucidated to them. 2 CSAs, 2 extra entry into Daily Grand, 100 AVP etc makes SO worthwhile. The perks, power tools access and commission e.g from CSAs make EA2 important. Also it enables him to motivate his downline.
3. Reviewing of VP Ledger: For my PSAs that are already EA2, I review their VersaPoint Ledger so as to know areas they should work on towards Team Leader qualification. Apart from encouraging duplication, playing of Eager Zebra games, bidding on auctions, distribution of Gift cards, etc would help them to become Team Leaders.
4. Rewarding COOP. One of the ways I encourage my promising PSAs to become Team Leaders is to offer them incentive of Free Coop when they become at least Bronze Team Leaders. I give a number of PSAs to them to strengthen their team as having a team is what makes being a Team Leader worthwhile.
5. Reassignment of PSAs. Reassignment of PSAs is one of the ways I use to encourage my PSAs become Team Leaders. Giving them promising affiliates is a way of encouraging them so that they can fully tap the jewel of SFI compensation plan - Matching VersaPoints.
Furthermore, I ensure I keep my Team Leader status always so as to encourage them to do so. The power of example is really awesome.
Cheers!
