The most logical time to advance from EA to TL would be when you actually have a team that is productive.
Becoming a TL if you have a genealogy full of CSA's and PSA's that do nothing is a waste of your time and money.
It also wouldn't make sense to become a Team Leader when you are still in the early learning stages. You wouldn't know what to do with them!
Once you have completed the Launch Pad Lessons and other training and you are comfortable with what is expected of you would be the earliest you would want to start looking at becoming a TL.
Once you have achieved this (the education part) and have at least 2 affiliates that are working the program and making progress themselves, then it would be a good time to work your way up to a Bronze TL.
This is also a perfect time to buckle down and try to achieve higher and higher levels because your active team is watching you and will emulate what you are doing.
Once your success is obvious, others from your downline will hopefully also start watching and duplicating your actions. By the time you reach the Diamond Team Leader you will have a large active team!
