things that teach the most gurus are fine. Take a cue from them, but the basic structure and working system learn it especially by the leaders of your business, from your upline, who has results. You can also listen to advice from other networkers of different companies because basically the network marketing is always network marketing.
It may be better to listen to those who network in another company who does not own, but people have to follow the leader of your company. If you do what they do, you can have their results. If you invent something different or who does not listen to that activity probably it will not help to get results, but to create more confusion.
If you add new things to the system of your company, things that are not easily duplicated, instead of growing slows down the growth of your group. Phenomena not be used, because the phenomena are not duplicated. These are the tips that get results. I know it is often not easy to listen to them because of their egos. I for one, I was one of many who did not want to listen, thinking they are smarter than me, but when pocket does not agree you have to be humble and accept them.
So for maximum support from your upline you just have to follow their advice, nothing more.
