The moment my PSAs are regularly appearing on my Movers List and are seriously committed to building their SFI business, I would monitor their activities closely until they attain the rank of Executive Affiliates.
Once they become EA, training them for team leadership starts.
It is important that they understand well the SFI Basics, the Launchpad lessons, especially the importance of duplication, and the rules of success they need to be aware of by making sure they read/review the SFI Rules of Success.
I would encourage them to read and learn more about promoting the SFI opportunity and generate TripleClicks sales, EZ games, Pricebenders auctions, Daily Grand Drawing, Daily Crown, Wave3, E-365 Contests, etc. to experience first hand the fun and excitement of participation and to feel more involved in all aspects of SFI/TC.
Teach them how to make use of the various sponsoring techniques and marketing tools found in our Marketing Center they can use in their advertising campaigns.
To lead by example, if at this stage they haven’t set up a standing order, I would encourage them to think about investing in their business by setting up a Standing Order with minimum cost to ensure they maintain their EA . To this end, I would give an Early Bird incentive in the form of Gift Certificate and/or PSA Reassignments if they requalify during the first week of the month to get them into the habit of giving priority to ensuring the safety of their rank. This will give them the rest of the month to focus on building a productive and working team.
To actively participate in the Forum, and to submit answers to Ask SC in order to give their writing and communication skills a polishing, to test their knowledge of SFI/TC.
These activities will earn them badges to prove their commitment and accomplishments and achievements.
And lastly, and this is most important, is teach my PSAs to be resourceful, resilient, and value hard work. To adapt, and to learn to do what they can with what they have where they are.
And to believe in themselves, to be the best by giving it everything they’ve got.
