Hello Anwar,
It is a very common issue that many affiliates start off great in SFI, but get discouraged very soon usually in their second month. I assume the reason for giving up is being disappointed by the amount they've earned in their first month. In another words, most affiliates expect to earn something for nothing, easy money right from the beginning. This is not what SFI is all about! SFI is a genuine business opportunity, not some get-rich-quick scheme (read: scam). SFI is not about clicking on red tabs, it's a marketing business. If you do not advertise, you can not expect to succeed, because, basically, you are not doing your job. You need to invest a fair amount of time and a bit of money to get your business running, just as you would do if you launched any other business. The advantage of SFI over some other businesses is that you can invest what you can afford to, with no obligations, and you also get completely trained for starting a new business without any costs. I think that the first thing to do about affiliates who give up easily is to make these facts clear with your future prospects or new affiliates right from the start. It might seem rough, but it can prevent misunderstandings and you will have less of non-serious affiliates signing-up. Also, the affiliates who expect easy money will either opt-out or not start working at all, which will save you time to work with those who are actually serious about SFI.
The other thing about SFI we should emphasize to our affiliates is that it is a business OPPORTUNITY, meaning it depends on each and every every affiliate whether they will use it or not, or how well will they use it. It means that we have to make an effort to actually succeed. We need to advertise, advertise, and advertise some more. We need to build our own team if we want to start earning some serious money. And we need to make sales to earn commissions. But let's focus on team-building first, because our PSAs (together with our CSAs) are also our customers. This is why I would like you to read this thread from Mr. Janevski who personally went through what he is writing about, and now is earning some serious money here in SFI. Mr. Janevski is a PTL and has been in SFI since 2012. I think his thread is highly motivating, but also shows us what kind of effort we need to make and that with a sound and realistic business plan that we are ready to stick to consistently, every one of us can become very successful in SFI.

Hope this answer is helpful. Best regards.
