- You should be logging in everyday so that your Daily VP Streak, All-Time VP Streak and your Monthly EA Streak badges exhibit gold trims.
- You possess a TL badge and always give your best in moving up to higher rank and maintain it thereafter.
- You possess and maintain the Top Enroller, Top Sponsor and S-Builder Co-op badges showing your commitment to expand the growth of your SFI business.
- Your Overall Power Rank, Country Power Rank and Class Power Rank badges demonstrate your ability to earn as many VPs as you can to maintain these badges.
- You’ve been awarded the Leadership Challenge badge for developing a strong active group of your PSAs and you continue to actively participate in this program every season.
- You’re actively involved in maintaining the growth and momentum of your SFI business by acquiring the Gift Card DistributSTAR, ECA Referrals, Fast-Track PSAs and TC Top Seller badges. Furthermore you’re telling to your PSAs/CSAs that you’re serious in your SFI business by sporting a Gold Fast-Track and Standing Order badges.
- You’re socially active in SFI community as evidenced by your Forum Guru/Mod badge and a2a Member badge. You have a sense of belonging and you feel the need to help as many affiliates as you can by contributing regularly to SFI Forum and Ask SC, so that you exhibit in your Affiliate Snapshot the following attractive and friendly badges:

- You’re having fun while growing your business. You actively participate in the EZ games garnering such badges as Eager Zebra Card King, Knockout, Goldstreak and Time Machine. Furthermore you take advantage of brand name merchandise at prices far below retail outlets by participating in the Pricebenders Auctions.
The more badges you possess, the more credibility and the higher your reputation among your PSAs/CSAs. Your badges indicate all your actions and achievements and can have a major impact whether your team ultimately delivers results.
What you can do to help your PSAs become Team Leaders?
- Get them engage through your weekly support and training.
You need to spend time to prepare them in learning the skills they need in becoming a Team Leader and for sponsoring.
- Present to them your marketing plan and strategy clearly.
They need to start building their teams. Initially you can recommend S-Builder Co-op while they’re on the Training tab. As they advance, you can recommend to them to start their own Ad Co-op.
- Provide one-on-one support to get an in depth understanding of your affiliates’ journey with SFI.
- Emphasize to them that they need to continually widen their knowledge base in order to prepare themselves for the team leadership role.
- You need to interact with your PSAs as often as possible bringing them latest updates relevant to the development and growth of their SFI businesses.
Team leaders are the cornerstone of your SFI organization. Being a team leader is a challenging assignment but it also carries great rewards, not only from a professional standpoint but also because it can personally be very fulfilling.
