How are your results not satisfactory? This is the 1st question you need to address.
If you are advertising for recruits, are you getting a small number of sign ups? do they just look but do not sign up? do they sign up but then are inactive or opt out straight away? are their attitudes indicate that they are just looking for quick and easy money? There are many more questions that can be raised here particularly regarding the quality of the signups, contact emails etc..
You really need to identify how and why the results are unsatisfactory
Is the fishing hole too crowded? Are there too may of you promoting similar businesses at the same locality or using the same website?
Have another look at the wording of your adverts - is it an attention grabber, does it tell or at least hint at what you are offering, how does it help the reader, does it offer a solution and is there a call to action, what the reader should do now.
Be prepared to 'test the waters' with your ads with regards to the wordings and where you place them. You have to work out what works for you. If an ad works and a site works stay there and make the most of it - but at the same time look elsewhere and keep on developing.
Check and make sure that your contact email, landing page or gateway references are correct. You want your prospects to go straight to where they can sign up.
