Obviously, the 1st thing to do is to establish what the members expectations were.
There should never be presumptions as to what these expectations were. Ask the members. If they do not explain further, there really is very little you can do. If they do tell you what the problems are then you can structure your responses or training accordingly.
If the members opt out of SFI, thats the end of it.
If they do not opt out, stay in contact with them, encouraging them, training and supporting them in the businesses.
Depending on your situation, you may want to consult your sponsor/uplines regarding what to do especially when the affiliates tell you what the problem is and you need help sorting it out. Remember you may be a Team Leader but you are also part of a bigger team. Other team members, your sponsor/uplines can also help.
