If you have developed a good, friendly and trusting relationship with your EAs you will be able to ask what the expectation was when they stop.
There are many reasons for this and the reasons maybe are within your ability to solve. Let your EAs open up and listen well.
If the reason has to do with earning quick bucks on their first month, then you can enlighten them. Suggest that reviewing Day 11 of the LaunchPad lesson will help in understanding this quite common expectations of an online home business.
If the reason is inability to understand SFI procedures thinking it is very complex, try to simplify it by reviewing the Ultra-Simple 3-Step Plan in SFI BASICS.
If the reason is financial and that because joining is free, and they are not expecting to spend anything to stay in business, then referring the EA to SFI Basics once more will help explain the matter. Explain the importance of investing in their business, no matter how small, can help accelerate their success.
If after all this, your EAs are still doubtful, simply advise them to persevere and stay and learn more about SFI and how to succeed by treating SFI as a real business by referring to SFI Rules of Success.
Reminding your EAs of their personal reasons WHY they joined SFI, may also make them think twice.
If none of this works, then your EAs have the freedom to opt out to seek other opportunities where their expectations, whatever they are, are met.
Remind them, too, that they are always welcome to come back to SFI- hopefully, this time much wiser and much more willing to walk the mile and give it their best shot.
