There is no best time to upgrade your rank from EA to Team Leader. The actual act of upgrading should be your personal goal and the sooner the better. I actually upgraded my rank after 3 months with SFI. It took me that long to get the feel of the business, make my own decision that it was in fact a genuine business and I then made the decision to invest in it. A better decision I could not have made.
I did not have a team at the time and for the first few months after become Bronze Team Leader, I paid my way to the top so to speak however I have never looked back.
I am now a Team Leader and take advantage of the second home CSAs each month. Even though CSAs do not bring in the amount of percentage (%) as PSAs, they still contribute to your income. I always calculate that every 3 PSA equals 1 PSA in terms of earning a percentage income. With CSAs bringing you in 45% and CSAs bringing you in 15%, they are a very valuable commodity.
