Firstly, what are the benefits of being a Team Leader. They are (i) Earning from matching VersaPoints and (ii) Receiving 2nd home CSAs.
Then lets look at the cost: without a team that earns you the needed AVPs, you need at least $30 to $50 to meet up with these required AVPs.
When you take a look at your scoreboard, you can actually see what your matching vps will earn you. To make being a Team Leader profitable and worthwhile, the money that can be earned from matching vp has to exceed the amount invested in getting the action vps. In other words, your matching vps must be worth at least $30 and if possible even exceed it, if not it might get frustrating investing such amounts month after months without it yielding anything substantial. Consider also the fact that most 2nd home CSAs are usually inactive, if they had been active in the first place, their sponsor would not have allowed them to be forfeited. They would have kept on to them no matter what it takes. This is mostly a lose lose situation.
Such money will be better spent investing in building a formidable team by purchasing S-Builder or PSAs to go or paying for quality advertising. This will build your team quicker, earn you satisfaction, and also get you your desire I.e being a Team leader. That is a win win situation.
Its not therefore advisable to be a Team Leader without a team to lead. Hope the above helps you in making your decision.
