Hello Anwar,
1. This problem is quite interesting but at the same time challenging.
As & when your PSA/CSA announces this, please contact him if possible over the phone if not by email asking him politely the reasons for his abrupt decision.-You may enquire what were his expectations in SFI & what were his goals.
2. Please listen to whatever the reason he gives. It’s to be understood that the very fact he has come back to you to bid goodbye highlights the fact that he is very well convinced with his reasoning. Therefore after a patient hearing, thank him for responding. Never argue with his reasons. On the contrary, you have to merely state the facts about what it will take to build a business with SFI and assure him that you are there to help him at every stage. Never try to motivate him with bloated promises that can’t be realized ;as a matter of fact at this point hype and promises will make things worse. Merely convey to him practical and provable information to dispel his fears. Explain to them how SFI offers a strong foundation and steady incremental income & does not make ‘impossible to deliver promises’
3. You should feel happy that this affiliate has carried out his tasks in SFI for one month to achieve EA rank, took the time to contact you and state that SFI is not proving his expectations ,what he was looking for is not available. Most of the affiliates never bid goodbye before they exist, they simply disappear from SFI without any warning!!
4. With all this, if the affiliate has not changed his mind and is still firm in leaving, encourage him to stay connected with SFI even if he goes inactive. Convince him the door to SFI is always open and he is welcome to rejoin your team any time within one year if he changes his mind.
5. Next, let us analyze the probable reasons for them jumping off the SFI bandwagon:-
a) They probably misunderstood the information given by SFI- imagining that by clicking on the links they would collect enough VP to earn a substantial income. Of course, this is not practical! They do not understand that the versa points earned through the ‘Getting Started’, ‘Intermediate’ and ‘Launch Pad’ lessons are more of an incentive to train them & make them continue their learning; it’s not an overnight getting rich venture! It’s no wonder their expectations were not met as they thought they would get rich overnight,
b) Generally people get attracted to the SFI online marketing and expect that they will be millionaires within a week after joining! They simply sign up, have a look around and then realize that they have to work to create a sustainable, solid foundation and drop out. Unfortunately, not everyone sees the whale of opportunities existing in SFI.
c) Many of them aim for a minimum dollar amount to be earned from month one. They are under the illusion that someone can teach them how to achieve $10,000 a month in income in 30 days or less without costing them $20,000. This is what is promised in most of the’ overnight get rich’ online scam ventures.
d)Some of these affiliates have PSA of their own who have not yet become active or were once active but then went to sleep. Hence, they are apprehensive that they themselves are not visualizing the reasons their own PSAs see when they decide to leave SFI. To put it in a nutshell, they are afraid to lose precious time and money for their unfounded fears .The very fact that these affiliates are giving you a reason means they want you as their sponsor to put their fears at ease and motivate them to stay. So grab this opportunity to address their fears and educate their thinking!
6. Finally, you should appreciate that that these affiliates who become EA in the first month have at least made an effort and have probably absorbed some information in the process. Therefore there is always hope that if they continue to read your weekly messages and receive regular e-cards from you, they may rejoin your team, ready to reap the benefits of this great business opportunity.
A word of advice-do not lose hope or get discouraged if your PSAs drop out after a month. Keep moving on supporting your ’‘movers “ along the way!.Keep feeding the 'movers' & do not worry about the dropouts.
Have a good day!
