This is a very "personal" matter for each affiliate since everyone's situation is different.
In my case, I have been on a budget of $56.00 per month since I started (that's what it costs for my Standing Order) and have not spent anything above that except to pay for auctions I've won, purchases of "non-SFI" items from TripleClicks, etc.
There were, of course, several months where I was spending more than was coming in, but I have been in profit for the last several months, so now it technically costs me nothing to keep my business going.
