I would say YES! If You brought that person here and that person is really good. I would say that You are good teacher and You need to continue with that.
Each person need to learn, read and again read. But You are here to show them what they need the most.
If You are able to find person who advance faster than You that is a great thing. 3 - 4 persons like that and You will advance too.
The main reason why some of affiliates stop working is loosing touch with their up line. Just keep in touch with any person who works and have potential here and You are guaranteed to be successful.
