You are not a boss or a bully.
Since he has become an EA and had some experience, he or she may be sincere. Although SFI has great opportunities and good compensation plan, it may not be what the person had in mind. You can not force them to stay.
There are many rich and successful persons, but that does not mean we are all willing to receive success in a similar way.
Take a look at his/her profile and goals. Offer your help and guidance to work towards them.
Be willing to listen to his viewpoint.
Get to know what the affiliate expects at SFI. Is there another opportunity?
Identify areas and opportunities at SFI that he/she has not yet utilized. Bring them to his/her attention and offer help to pursue them.
It is not possible to know it all in one month.
If money is not an issue, explain the compensation plan and the different levels of Team Leaders.
Do not attempt to overwhelm them.
Give your help and support. Maintain contact with them until he/shes leaves.
