When Affiliates join my team, I send them some emails to help them along, aside from the weekly genealogy mail.

I give them my email & phone contact and ask them to write to me - even just to say "hi".

If I think they are working to capacity, I send them a gift certificate to buy Wave.

Also, now with the new system, I allot 9 TCredits to them and hope that that will lead them to explore SFI better.

I give them all the support and guidance that they need or ask for.

I let them know the benefits they get at the lower ranks and then leave it for them to decide where they would like to be. :)
