The best time is when you acquire the necessary conditions for it ...... the first and foremost condition for is TEAM !!!
To be a leader you need to have a team !!! Tim gives us the stability and earnings and that we need to maintain the leading position, for the enjoyment of all the benefits the TL has at its disposal .... if someone does this, in my view it is pointless to go on the TL position (although probably not many agree with me).
Only duplication brings the right time for Team Leaders!
If you are able to do this can happen but the second month of work, while others will need more time to acquire a stable leading position!
So, when is the best time ....? is a relative term and depends on the affiliates to affiliates!
I would advise to create a team and invest in the SO, and thus ensure stable leading position !!!
