2. He has displayed some skills in finding affiliates both online and offline.
3.He has a good grasp of SFI business model. This is necessary so that he will be ready to help his own affiliates.
The best way to help these affiliates displaying the qualities above is to help him find active affiliates. You can do this by running a co-op and include their names on this co-op until he found an active affiliates.
You can also encourage them to find more affiliates by giving rewards. Note that active affiliates is what will make someone a real team leader.
There's another way to become a team leader but it is more expensive to maintain. Help him understand that we need 3000 VP. Of which 1500min to 2000max VP must be from purchase.
