When they advance, naturally you advance!
Your progress depends on their progress!
Your income grows in proportion to their growth!
We always say, Sponsor's performance and achievements should serve as an inspiration to the Team to grow and succeed continuously.
You can not avoid training and supporting them continuously even if they advance faster then you do.
Sometimes, you may have constraints due to finance or lack of family support due to which you may not be able to advance keeping pace with your Team Member's performance. However, their performance should egg you on to perform better and advance together with them.
Conclusion:
Learning is a life long affair. Every day presents enough opportunities to every one to learn new things and techniques which should help in performing and growing better and better.
