I will try my best to have an open communication with them and find out the reasons why they think that SFI is not what they have expected.
I will explain the importance of having a proper SFI mindset. I will teach them how to develop the correct mindset to be successful not only in SFI but also in life. It is only when they are clear with what they want to achieve when they signed up with SFI can they figure out whether SFI is the right business for them or not. For example, if they were simply looking for a job or a get-rich quick plan, SFI is not for them. You will be barking on the wrong tree.
But don’t give up hope on them. Maybe you can still turn around their decision to stop or quit. Try your best to add more value why they have to stay EA.
For example, if I tell you, “I am selling a bottle of water and the cost is $1,000.” Will you buy it? Of course you will answer, “No!” How about if at this very moment, your hair is burning and the only water available is my bottle of water, will you pay me $1,000?
Got my point? Add more value to your SFI business.
