What do I do to help my PSAs become Team Leader?
First, I share Knowledge.
I inform my PSAs that that one way to increase their income in SFI is to increase their TC Executive Pool shares via Matching VersaPoints (VP). 1 VP = 1 share. In addition to earning Personal VersaPoints, they can earn even more VersaPoints via Matching VP. Only Team Leaders (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond) can earn Matching VersaPoints. Earning Matching VP is based on the number of VP generated by their EA2s both CSAs and PSAs up to 12-level deep depending on their rank each month. The higher their rank as Team Leader, the higher Matching VP they can earn; and that means higher TC Executive Pool shares. And also Team Leaders can earn shares in the 2nd Home CSAs. That gives the Team Leaders more opportunity to develop EA2s in their downline.
Second, I help them put value on their belief system.
My team members should figure out why they want to become a Team Leader. Because the more value they can put on achieving this SFI goal, the more they can think of ways to achieve it.
Third, I reward their effort.
Lastly, for a job well done, I congratulate my Team Leaders and reward them with Gift Certificates and Team's Co-op shares.
