The best way to me is to be
1. An awesome sponsor to them. Be a shining example to them. Be there for them. That's the most important.
Like John C Maxwell said, 'people do not want to know how much you know but how much you care. Then he also said that your team may overlook somethings about you but they'l never forget your absence when they needed you most.'
2. Use every available tools provided by SFI to grow the business of your international affiliates e.g the new reassignment program: where as a STL you can reassign your PSAs to your downline, giving GC&TC, Google Translator, Sub- Forum/ Regional placement of your international affiliates for easy access of the business.
3. You can also reassign your international affiliates to your active team members who are from the same country and at the same time are fluent in English. This will foster faster understanding of the business to them and thus help them grow in the business.
4. You can also reassign your PSAs who are from their countries under them to help boost their business. This will build residual income for them.
5. You can add them to your co ops to grow their team. Thereby helping them to advance in their SFI Business.
These are some of the best ways i use to help my affiliates from other countries advance in their SFI Business.
