There are many viewpoints to this question but these are my observations having been in SFI for over 1 year.
- When you have an active team under you is the ideal situation to upgrade your rank because it is done automatically as you earn points from your active down lines.
For example if you are already an EA2 which means you have been in SFI for 2 months or more, and you have two EA2 in your team, you will receive additional 200 action versa points towards your rank qualification.
- Once you have identified your active members in your team, this can help you advance to becoming a Team Leader. However, you must also have a contingency plan in case circumstances change and one or all of your active members stop doing the business!
- Identifying your workers in your team is an ongoing task which you must work at so that once you have achieved your Team Leader status, you do not drop in your rank. I find that to be very demoralizing so make sure you hold onto your TL status.
- It will help you immensely if you start communications with your team members early on in their business so they are aware of the importance of leadership in SFI.
