What to do?
1. Identify the cause of the inactiveness. I usually do this to this part of my team and am surprised about their response. They became active telling me they thought i'd forgotten about them. Some told me about the problems they were facing and how they had the intention of solving the problem. I had to wait for them encouraging them and letting them know of my ability to them in case they need my help. In this case, it'l require you to make personal contact to them either by phone or email or on the social networks.Let them know you care. Your weekly letter will not do the magic here.
2. When you've done number 1, let the door of communication remain open to assist such.
3. Show the way to making money in SFI without investment. This is what causes many to back off when they realize that they've to put up an SO for requalification and they don't have the means. Let them know that there is an alternative plan and show them the plan.
4. Offer help to those who wants to be active.
5. Introduce incentives to them if they'l be active e.g i've been doing this to a member of my team. He told me his problem and i told my PSA that if he remains active, i'l invest my money and knowledge in him. He took up the challenge and became active and i've been supporting him financially every month till he is able to sustain himself and be strong. Now he is building his team and doing well in the business
6. Show them the Big Picture. Many back off because they want quick money and the vps are not coming up easily as it should be in the first month. Show them how to use the unlimited versapoints principle to incure vps for themselves e.g building their team : 100/EA2s. Then show them the power of the residul income and duplication and how it works.
7. Many start up great and become inactive because of low commission against their investment. I can't blame them. Nobody wants to lose money when they invest. Even Billionaire investor Warren Buffett said: 'Rule Number 1 in making money: Never Lose Money'
As their sponsor, you should show them how to make profits in their investments and this is through their compensation plan, SVP, entering the daily crown drawing, auction and playing games.
8. Be there to calm their fears about the business and let them know that you are always there to help. If you've built a rapport before they become inactive, it'l be very easy to breakthrough to them and thus help them to be active.
These are ways that i've discovered on the field and that has enabled me to make my inactive PSAs&CSAs active again. Do the same and they'l be back on their feet. Don't burn out in the process. Distribute the help and that according to your ability.
