Communication with your teammates (down-line) is one of the most important business activities that you need to participate in. Good communication will build relationships that are highly needed in an Internet Marketing home business.
The most effective communication is when you can interact with someone face to face – one on one. Private communication will build the strongest relationship in the shortest amount of time.
One of the challenges with a global company like SFI and TripleClicks is that it is next to impossible to have private conversations with your teammates on a one to one basis. This is due to the fact that most of your teammates will reside in different countries than you so the time difference is a great barrier that is hard to overcome.
In order to get good results from your communication efforts is to employ all the different communication systems that SFI freely offers to the affiliates.
Stream post – short messages of encouragement or recognition for milestones achieved – up-dates and important information from SFI or TripleClicks.
Team mailers – weekly newsletters to your PSAs and/or CSAs – covering fresh new content not covered by SFI. Suggestions on how to advertise and what sites to use. Ways to sell TripleClicks products and gain good commissions.
Individual emails – send personal messages to teammates who may need more help in certain fields. Giving them a personal email can mean a lot to your down-line teammates.
Ecards – Use these to send personal congratulations for achievements and new levels reached. Also use the cards for asking your teammates if they need a hand or to welcome them to your team.
Use the forum - post good questions and then direct your teammates to the question to help them overcome tough areas in business building. Also send your teammates forum links to good threads that can help them learn.
Use Ask SC – You can ask a question that you know your teammates need information on – when the answers start coming in from the SFI community encourage your teammates to read the answers that can help them.
Again I say it is better to use all the different ways of communicating with your team that has been provided by SFI. In doing this your chances of making contact with the right information at the right time is enhanced greatly.
