Confidence that I can make a difference, and satisfaction from doing so. Many people who sign up for SFI do not do their due diligence to find out what they have in their grasp. Those who decide to grab the opportunity, and who are looking for help and grateful for it, are a pleasure to work with, and it is very satisfying to know that you are helping someone. It does something for you to realise that you now have this in your life.
