Assume that everyone knows English as soon as they become involved in SFI. You can help joining them into a training center SFI group on Facebook. Then, send them a link high-quality videos from you tube. (There's some great presentations of Team Leaders) If the English language is still a problem, try to find through forums for someone from his country, and ask him to recommend links, blogs or images on his tongue; untill they learn how to communicate via SFI forum.
