Very good question, as no doubt each and everyone EA2 and upwards faces this problem constantly. I'm not sure of the 'stats' but I venture to guess that almost 99% of our 'P.S.A.'s' - act in this way sometime or other !!
Whilst Gery tells us to 'work with the workers', we still have to try to encourage those 'inactive PSA's by sending them a team-mail at least every week - just to try to keep them aware that we still hope for their participation in our 'Team'... .. as we never know when they may 'suddenly become active again', due to their personal circumstances.
Thankfully, the sophisticated SFI system, equips us admirably so that we can send 'e-cards', or 'team-mails', without too much fuss or bother - .
Patience, perseverance, and persistence - are the three words that come to mind to guide us in our approach to the SFI business model... especially when it comes to building and guiding our 'TEAMS'.....
