Make a request that they reply to you stating which language they would like you to use.
Another method which you can use is Reassignment. You can go through your Genealogy and select all of your PSAs who you think might benefit from a Sponsor in their own country.
Draft out a mailing to both parties explaining your actions and that they would possibly benefit by having a Sponsor from their own country due to language difficulties.
You can then, reassign some of your affiliates using the tick box at the left hand side of your genealogy page.
When reassigning, choose your 5 best working PSAs and then go through all of the others to select some from suitable countries to reassign to them.
You have nothing to lose when you reassign as if the member drops out, the affiliates are returned to you.
