You know what to do. Just keep on filling the funnel. Send out your group mail, e-cards, and keep updating your leadership page along with your stream posts. You can also continue to email directly from your personal email address. The snapshot pop up also is a great way to keep your individual Affiliate informed.
While you are there have a look at their ledger. Determine how active they were, and the last date they logged in. See what areas they have been overlooking and remind them of the points they have missed.
Even copying and pasting those areas bit by bit, in Microsoft Word first before sending them out to these inactive individuals will help if they are not bombarded with all of the missed items at once. You can determine how many missed items to include per mailing by the communication response. Some will request them, but in most cases their individual link to their "Ledger" will be enough.
If they are missing many points, use these to send a reminding "Tip" regularly, or just include a few in each of your other messages.
Keep them all informed of incentive reward contest whether they respond or not. One day they will realize they have been missing out on your generous support.
Always close with an immediate simplified call to action.
