PSAs that start off great and then quit have burned themselves out. It happens. People hope to get a quick return on their investment of time and money. So after the first 30 days if they are not in profit they are gone! This is why it is crucial to work closely with your PSAs and set the appropriate expectation in your messages. Lead by example.
That said, you can't control what happens in someone's life or the decisions they make. If you have set the appropriate expectation and offered the best support that you know how to give then I would not worry at all over PSAs who decide to give up, quit, or opt out. Strong Future International has a system in place that can bring financial independence to anyone with a computer and an internet connection but we have to work the system. When life gets in the way, then we have to adapt and keep moving. For example, I have an affiliate that is going through a family crisis right now. So SFI is on the backburner for them. That's okay. When they are ready to fully commit to their daily work I will support that affiliate.
Affiliates need to understand that we are a team and together we can achieve the goal of improving our lifestyles. Be an awesome sponsor and you will have done everything you can do. One thing that helps me is to keep a timeline. A goal without a plan is just an idea and without a deadline it's just wishful thinking. We should be helping our team to set clear goals that are attainable. No pie in the sky fluff is needed. Just offer a written plan that will help your affiliates get from where they are to where they want to be. Then let them decide how long that are willing to work toward that plan.
Consequentially, should your PSA quit, move on! Find other movers that are willing to work and stay the course. Success can come rather quickly but success will never come before work. Follow the rules of success and never sweat the small stuff. Always work with your movers as long as it takes to help them reach their goals.
