When I first joined I thought money was the most important thing. Now, after 12 months I find that although money is nice by far the most important thing for me is being able to help other people work towards their goals. I'd be quite happy just to break even each month if it meant my downline succeeded. This really isn't a money business, it's most definitely a people business. I get great satisfaction seeing one of my downline make EA for the first time or work their way to team leader. I know I benefit from this but it's the satisfaction that really makes it worth while.
