For sure, there are numerous ways we can communicate with our downline.
However, it’s the ‘to get results’ part of your question that can’t be guaranteed.
Bear in mind that the inactive affiliates, the ones who never log in again after they join up date and the ones who start off great and then just quit for no apparent reason; these inactives are all part of your downline.
We have our Welcome Message as our initial point of contact in which we direct our downline to our Leadership Page https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/LeadershipManager where we blog post, greet, reward/ incentivise, recommend to and recognise the affiliates in our downline.
And every week, if you’re like most Executive Affiliates (EA’s) and Team Leaders (TL’s), you send out TeamMail via your Genealogy Tool at https://www.sfimg.com/Reports/Genealogy?lg=t and SFI delivers these messages to the Affiliate Center Inbox https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/SFIMessages and to the external mail address of each member of your downline.
What responses have you had to those weekly emails? Have any of your affiliates responded?
SFI also equips us with a PSA Mailer https://www.sfimg.com/PowerTools/PSAmailer1 and a CSA Mailer https://www.sfimg.com/PowerTools/CSAmailer1 to allow us to communicate with those specific elements of our downline be they personally Sponsored Affiliates (PSA’s) of Co- Sponsored Affiliates (CSA’s). We may find this particularly useful when promoting Team contests to motivate a particular group within our downline.
SFI also gives us the ‘Stream’ https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=stream which allows us to communicate with our entire downline or specific groupings within our downline (PSA’s, CSA’s, PSA’s & CSA’s, Generations 2-6 or All [Gen1-6/CSA’s]).
This feature allows us to send reminders, encouragement/ inspirational quotes, tips, Team Contest notifications and more targeted to specific groupings within our downline.
SFI also provides us with SFIM https://www.sfimg.com/PopUp/SFIM?fs=XXXXXXXX (substitute X’s with affiliate’s SFI ID Number) which allows us to interact via instant messaging with affiliates who are logged in at the Affiliate Center at the same time that we are.
We can also communicate directly with a member or members of our downline via external mail. However, we must be careful not to communicate with persons who have opted out of SFI, so we must make sure our external mail Contact Lists for our SFI downline are kept up to date.
As we communicate with our downline and seek ‘to get results’, we support our own efforts in this regard by striving at all times to be an awesome sponsor as per https://www.sfimg.com/Support/Solution?id=191295 and at the same time staying mindful that, “... some will, some won’t ...” https://www.sfimg.com/ROS/ROSSwsw
