I have recently started sending my new affiliates an email in their own language (with the help of Google Translate) letting them know that there is a translate button on SFI which shows the site in their own language. If you check the affiliates profile, it sometimes will say what language, but it will say what country.
Many affiliates in other countries have poor English or no English at all and it would be almost impossible for them to work with poor English skills.
Being able to access the site in their own language makes a huge difference to their chance of success.
I must say that I have had some success with this. Affiliates who have not been active have actually started to work.
