I am not familiar with alibaba.com, but as long as it is not against their rules, I do not see why you should not be able to discuss TC ECAs on that site, presenting all the awesome statistics of TripleClicks membership (all of whom could be potential customers for them), the possibilities of SFI affiliates also expanding news of a new ECA (free advertising for them).
I would suggest you investigate the site to make sure it would not be against their rules, then go for the gusto! "Nothing ventured, nothing gained" you know!
