As a sponsor and team leader, I always put the “to-do-list”, our daily basic activity, in a wider context of goals, milestones and income potential.
It is highly important to have goals on a weekly and monthly basis as well as income targets to strive for. This is one of the most effective ways to make our affiliates understand the importance of working thoroughly the daily “to-do-list” and not miss any point.
In addition to the benefit of helping us reach our goals and meet our target income, the daily activity is also rewarded in other ways by SFI, all of which contributes to our success while making our daily tasks enjoyable.
To succeed, one has to have a plan: the daily activity is the foundation on which to build the blocks towards our success and to thread the path to reaching our goals.
I will elaborate below, on the above ideas.
The affiliate who is wise and fully understands how to build his business will strive to score at least 20 VP per day. This is the minimum for qualifying for an entry into the Daily Grand drawing. The Daily Grand offers us great opportunities to win very valuable and useful prizes all of which can contribute to helping us build our SFI business.
It will easily qualify the affiliate to rate their sponsor at the beginning of each month.
Scoring those 20 VP, while playing any of the Eager Zebra games, will also open the door for an entry into the Daily Crown drawing. In addition, it makes it easier to re-qualify at the rank of Executive Affiliate (EA2), an important monthly milestone for keeping our CSAs and starting to earn at the Executive pool. As an EA2 will always have a team, he will have the opportunity to send the weekly team mail to his genealogy.
Clearly, any activity we do here opens the doors to other benefits and rewards.
Throughout this process, the affiliate is gaining knowledge and experience critical in building a larger team of PSAs that will propel him to team leadership.
Team leaders get numerous perks. I recommend that you discuss these perks with your affiliates. You will find the detailed perks at the Reference comparison chart.

One of the greatest benefits of being a Team Leader is trust we build with our team members and their reliance on our sponsoring and support. As team leaders, we get handsomely and generously compensated for our efforts with direct commissions and the executive pool compensation.
Obviously, a large monthly commission is worth “grabbing the daily Action VP (AVP) available to affiliates.
