There are 6 areas in the SFI Compensation Plan and the TC Executive Pool is one of them. You earn shares in the TC Executive Pool (a share = 1 VP) if you are at least an EA and there are 3 ways to earn from it on a monthly basis;
1. Personal VP for the current month
This means if you are at least an EA, each VP you earn gives you 1 share of the Exec Pool. The $$ value of a share fluctuates depending on the number of VP sharing from it and TC sales in that month, but with my experience it typically ranges from $0.00039 to $0.0005, so the lesser number of VP that share from it, the higher $$ you make from it, but lower TC sales will negatively impact your earnings also.
2. 10% Fast Track Bonus (FTB) shares

3. VP Match
This implies even bigger earnings from the Pool if you are a team leader. It means you receive a matching VP from each VP your PSAs, who are at least EA2 in your Generation 1 up to 12 receive, depending on your team leader rank; the higher the deeper (to a max of Gen 12) including your CSAs who are at least EA2. This is where you earn a lot if you have very active team members and as you go higher in rank, the earnings go higher. This is not all, you also earn VP match on the 10% Fast Track Bonus of your qualified team members.
As you can imagine, the role of the TC Executive Pool in the compensation you can earn with SFI can be summarised in the equation below:
TC Exec Pool = Personal VP + 10% Personal FTB + VP Match + 10% Team FTB VP Match
