If you want to do local training for the affiliates in your hometown all you need to do is to send them an invitation. If they decide to come then great but if not then don't let that stop you. There are many ways to do training sessions. I have listed a few below.
1. GoToMeeting - you can use the trial but there is a subscription version with all the bells and whistles.
2. JoinMe - you can use this for free and there is a subscription version with all the business capability that you will need to manage your meeting.
3. Google HangOuts - free to use and there is a business application for a fee.
4. Skype - free to use and there is a business version for a fee.
5. SFIM Chat - anytime your PSAs or CSAs are online you can do a training session if they have the time and interest.
You can not make people come to your training sessions. The key is to over deliver on the expectation of value. Always have door prizes at live events, and give away prizes for online seminars that you want to have a large following for.
