The stream brings up another opportune way when you need not have a lot of written skills to say what you want simply and in the shortest way possible. Of course, as you go along in your business, you will learn.
Communication has been made even easier now that we have a vernacular (mother tongue) section in the Forum. Other affiliates can help you relate better with your team members and you can pose questions to affiliates who speak the same language as you. That way you sort out your communication issues with more experienced affiliates and thus have a better understanding of your team member's queries.
With the Google translator as another option, if used well, you can become quite proficient in using the translator to your advantage.
There is in my opinion really no shortage of resources that SFI provides to help us make the most of our business. We have to implement the suggested pathway and not get discouraged with such challenges.
