Solicit feed-back from your fellow affiliates in your area about topics that they are wanting and needing to know about. Obtaining their direct comments about what he or she finds challenging or not knowing enough about will then provide you the topics that you may use to prepare training sessions for them.
Talk with them directly to let them know of your interest to help them and to support their efforts with content area that they are not comfortable with due to a lack of knowledge.
Means to solicit or obtain information may be the use of a Google Form survey or Monkey Survey, direct Team Mail message or even ask through the use of SFI Form postings or Stream Posts and even by use of your Leadership Page. It is important to ask what topic is of interest to them and what they hope to learn and improve upon...what you think they need and what they express as "wanting to know about" may be different so be sure to engage affiliates to find out what would be meaningful training topics to attract them to attend.
Be sure to keep an eye out for the "Super SFI-ing Stars" among the affiliates in your area as you could ask them to co-facilitate or facilitate a training session live or through Skype so that affiliates not only have exposure to your methods but start to network and learn from others.
Be sure to not only teach about successful strategies but also be sure to share what did not work so that fellow affiliates have knowledge of what not to do too.
Sharing through training the strategies of "what works" and "does not work" will cause people to be interested in attending your sessions and when you ask others to lead the sessions this provides diverse knowledge and opportunity to emphasize that SFI works for anyone not just the few.
