To me being a good sponsor is all about sharing your experience with your team. You have learned lessons on what to do and what not to do. Help your team not to make the same mistakes. No one has all of the answers.
I studied auctions for more than 6 months before I participated. I have learned many strategies and gained a better understanding on how they work. I wrote a paper to share what I have learned. I help them not to make the common mistakes.
My goal is for them to be successful at what ever they do.
