Please involve every one in your Team:
1) In the preparation of the Agenda for the Training Course.
2) Discuss with every one thoroughly on what are all the aspects they want them to be covered.
3) Know & understand their requirements;
4) Add your own inputs;
5) Keep the session for not more than 1 to 2 hours, preferably in the Evening on a Holiday;
6) Break the session in to 3 or 4, each lasting just 20 to 30 Minutes maximum.
7) Use Power Point Presentations;
8) Have inter acting sessions;
9) Give every one opportunity to speak out;
10) Have a Break;
11. Provide them refreshments keeping prevailing season in mind;
12. Show your genuine concern, commit & demonstrate your willingness for their 100% success;
13. Absorb the cost of conducting the session, yourself;
14. End the session in time & allow every one to go back home safely;
15. Follow up with them at regular intervals for feedback, improvement & conducting
further sessions;
16. Meeting venue should be accessible to every one easily & ambient atmosphere is a must for
the success of the Training session.
Conclusion:
1. All said and explained above, its imperative that you should have cordial relationship
with your affiliates;
2. They should feel secure in having you as your Sponsor;
3. Your communication should be very regular & genuine prior to all training sessions;
4. Active involvement of every one, in the preparation of the program/agenda is very important;
5. You should be thorough with all things relating to SFI & TC;
6. Above all, you should remain an awesome Sponsor & enjoy your affiliate's trust in yourself.
7. If you fulfill or meet with all or most of these requirements, your affiliates will certainly come to
your training sessions;
8. If you plan for a small gathering of 5 or 6, it is best advisable to inter act personally on a "One
on One" basis preferably at their homes, or a place of their choice rather than conducting a
Training Session.
