Forty percent of the commission value (CV) or we can call it profit of SFI, company-wide, are given back to all affiliates who earn versa points (VP).
Our share depends on the number of VP we earned the more VP we have the bigger our share. Our goal therefore is to have as much VP we can.
The biggest VP comes not from our personally earn VP but from the VP's earned by our downlines. We can automatically harvest same VP as our downlines if we qualify as team leaders and our downlines qualifies at least as EA2.
The higher our rank, the deeper we reach our downlines. BTL can harvest up to 6 generation, STL to 8 generation, GTL to 10 generation and PTL and DTL to 12 generation.
This is the reason why we need to build our organization wider and deeper. Simultaneously, we also build our rank higher by earning VP ourselves. The VP that we earn should be a combination of action VP based on what we do and Sales VP based on what purchase.
This goal of making our organization bigger and bigger has a domino effects in our income. As our first level downlines build their own organization they need to buy to reach a rank and every purchase they make we earn commission. This is the magic of SFI. We are selling something even if we are not actively selling the product.
So the this executive pool is the engine of SFI business model. It is the goldmine of every affiliates here at SFI.
