The way to freshen your welcome letter is to first get yourself updated about events that happens in SFI and lots do happen Everyday. In the forum, latest news, Ask Sc, Alerts page just to mention a few.
With all these updates, you'l be so full that you wouldn't even know which one you're to start with because they are all important. Being able to condense them and bring the urgent and most important out is the real issue. How do you do it?
First, you have to frame as many lists of urgent and important messages from your updates and put them down.
2. As you receive new affiliates, you pick out of these lists, which one suits each affiliate to avoid being bored and overwhemled. Remember that all your listed messages are Urgent and Important. So you can't discard any. E.g

Remember you don't bombard your affiliates with all at once. No. Everyone is urgent and important. There is already an overload of information, so don't add to it. The list is endless, because SFI improves everyday. You can therefore pick two and use them as a welcome letter. As you grow in the business yourself, you add the Training Internet Course to it. E.g
