I'm not sure that this is any different from "leading a horse to water," If he's not thirsty, he won't drink. If it smells bad, he won't drink. If he's nervous about it he won't drink. If it is stagnant, he won't drink. And if it rushes at him, he won't drink. He has to believe that the water is good. He has to trust that you will lead him to good water. He has to feel safe while drinking.
Many of our affiliates do not ever take a sip of SFI. They do not trust it because of prior experiences with other opportunities. And if they do begin to read it, they do not read long enough before it begins to come together and make sense to them.
WE must help them to see the big picture, believe what SFI promises, believe in themselves, and motivate them to dig deeper into the training, and to guide them as they begin their building of their SFI Businesses.
We can do this because we have been there and we believe fully in ourselves and in SFI. If we don't have that belief, there is no way that we can instill it into others. In that case some of them will grab ahold of SFI and surpass what we have done ourselves.
