Hi Olusola,
1. Unbiased and appropriate rating for any affiliate’s sponsor is very critical in going about your business in SFI. You should not allow external factors like personal relationship (maybe your close pal, family member, neighbor etc) to bias your rating.
A few factors on which you can base your rating is enumerated below:-
i) Communication.
Apart from sending you the weekly group messages, does your Sponsor communicate with you any other time? On a monthly average does he communicate with you at the least two times excluding his weekly group messages? Even if you do not mail him with your queries, does he check your progress and well-being especially when you miss a few days and disappear from your Sponsor’s Movers list for some of your personal reasons?
This reflects a caring attitude, thereby creating a tremendous feeling of belongingness. –
ii) Availability.
Is your sponsor always there when you need assistance? Being there for you when you need assistance. How quickly you get his response to your query and his solution to your problem marks his rating. Is he available to chat online and discuss & clarify any of your lingering doubts about SFI & its working?
iii) Streaming/Group mailing/individual emailing of latest SFI news like introduction of new EZ games,PB auctions, important developments and changes to the rules in how new games are played/PB auctions are bid ,new prizes and perks to be earned, additional incentives, etc.
iv) Recognition.
Does your sponsor recognize your achievements like moving up the rank, winning EZ games, bidding wins in PB etc? Prompt recognition of our achievements, no matter how small, works wonders for yourr morale especially coming from your Sponsor.
2. For an unbiased rating you have to minutely analyze the following questions:-
a. Does he/she send you regular weekly team mails? If so, do these mails share anything worthwhile?
b. Does your sponsor write any posts in Stream?
c. How quickly does he/she respond to your inquiries?
d. How often do you get useful tips/guidance from your sponsor?
e. Does he/she show genuine concern for your success in SFI?
f. How much material help do you get from him/her and how often?
g. How intimately does he/she know you?
h. How well is he/she doing in SFI business?
i. How often does he/she congratulate you on your token achievements in SFI?
j. Has he/she ever reassigned any affiliates to you?
k. Has he/she ever offered any prizes or encouragement in any form?
3.If your sponsor does all of the above, you are should be very thankful and should definitely rate him/her the maximum of 5 points. If he does only half of those things, then maybe a 2- 3 would be appropriate, but if your sponsor is lazy and isn't there for you, then don't give a good rating just to be 'nice.' That's not what it is about at all.Simply give him a “1”
That’s my yardstick for rating my sponsor!
Have a good time doing your monthly rating of your sponsor.
