Rating our Sponsor is awarded with a 10 action vp. An action which is advisable for any teamwork. And a 10vp is the second smallest vp award besides 1vp, which we can widely find in our SFI homepage.
My Tips:
Everyone here is going to be a Sponsor right from their first month or two. By being a sponsor ourself, we will soon know that daily working with our team consists of many Downlines under us active or unactive, the same goes to our Sponsor or CoSponsor which is also our Upline, active or unactive. We are in this, and the connection link have good value if we learn to accept things and learn what is need for us to work or help change the whole situation.
That's it. If this kind of mentality is practice, then working or understanding our customer, which has more wider optionable task will be much easier.
Lets help anyone in need.

As it is said
1 is the lowest and 5 is the highest.
Of course the middle would be 3,
and anything between the middle and the highest or the lowest will be 2 or 4.
Once you rate honestly, go on talk to your sponsor, that this month his rate is such amount, respecting a Sponsor, I think if they can put more effort into this specific topic that you suggest, You will rate your sponsor a 5 in the following month.
I believe every one of us likes a 5, if only there are 10, I will rate my own Sponsor a 10 too..
A sponsor is still a same person like us. A good teamwork and a good leader isn't just how well we work with downline workers, but also how well we work with our upline bosses too, hehe, jokes, and of course how well we work with SFI, as the whole company team network.
