Everyone loves Fresh items, products or even news and activity.
To create a fresh Welcome Letter, and since this is a First Welcome Letter I presume, if not it won't be mentioned as a Welcome Letter, I suggest we have to break it into few short 'Point To' direction.
We do need to be very careful not to overwhelm our new affiliates, since they will also receive few notifications from SFI, we had to position ourself as a friend for a support.
My example:
Since they are new to SFI,
* I will start with an Ecard, their images are cool and really can feel the warmth of a friendship.
* Greeting them the same mood as the text in the images were spelled, I just continue with a feeling of appreciation how I feel so great to receive them in my SFI team.
* Followed by a friendship feeling of support which I am always ready for them in case they have anything unsure to ask or need a little bit of clarification.
* And of course, pointing some reminder action to our affiliate page daily to stay active and maintaining themself above their green line. I'll then attached a link to their 'ToDo tab'
(Since they will be login to their SFI basics during their first few days, I don't think we need to overwhelm them. This will help shorten our Welcome Letter, as we'd learnt that 'Less is More')
* Finally, I had a Thread about Getting Started in the Forum which describes more about SFI Basics and Fast Track. I attach this thread post link pointing to forum informing them that our forum has a good community support too, so feel free to ask anything.

I'll monitor their progress in few days to create a follow up letter..
